We are happy to have two great speakers in the double back for you in the program this time! Eva Bertilsson from Carpe Momentum and Chirag Patel from Domesticated Manners will guide us through theory and practice on this 2-day workshop on September 19/20, 2023. Not only are we happy to be the first German organizer to welcome Eva Bertilsson this year (2022), but also to have both of them right back with us in a double pack as a premiere (2023). Besides a theoretical introduction we will do a lot of practical work and both Chirag and Eva will support the dog owner teams. Places with dog are limited. Also the number of participants (who knows us, we prefer it cozy and in smaller groups ;-)
Liquid Training – Designing Training Sequences Safely and Fluidly
In this workshop we will explore what a fluid training style is all about. What may look like chaos is packed with ABC contingencies, with a multitude of decisions made at a rapid pace, moment by moment, while considering a multitude of factors. What’s happening beneath the surface? What are the benefits of a more fluid training style and when might it be more beneficial to have a more streamlined structure and linear approach? Join in and find out!
The workshop will be translated into German in a compressed way so that it does not interfere with the English proceedings!
There will be only a few places because we want to remain a small group for the sake of intensity.

An exploration of what a fluid (or liquid) training style is all about. What might look like chaos is packed with ABC contingencies, with a multitude of decisions being made at a fast pace, moment by moment and with simultaneous considerations of a wide array of factors. What is going on under the surface? What are the advantages of a more liquid training style, and when might it be more beneficial to have a tighter structure and a more linear approach?
Both days combines lecture, personal examples, videos and Q&A/discussion time.
