Wir freuen uns sehr darauf Eva Bertilsson von Carpe Momentum aus Schweden bei uns zu Gast zu haben. In dem 2 tägigen Workshop am 24/25.September 2022 geht es um die Themen Kooperationssignale aufzubauen (Start und Ende) und einen Trainingsaufbau zu visualisieren, der unsere Hunde mit der richtigen Belohnung zur richtigen Zeit zum Erfolg führt. Was heißt das genau? Wir werden unseren Hunden beibringen mitzubestimmen. Das erlernen Sie in Form eines auftrainierten Verhaltens was entweder sagt „Ja“ weiter machen oder „nein“ stop. Das fördert nicht nur das Vertrauen und die Bindung zwischen Lehrer und Schüler Hund, sondern gibt Sicherheit und Vorhersehbarkeit für ein wertvolles Training.
Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt wird das Erlernen von komplexeren Verhaltensabfolgen sein. Wie baue ich diese genau auf und WO!! Sind die richtigen Belohnungspunkte.
Wie kann ich mein Training verbessern, indem ich es zunächst für mich visualisiere um Fehlerquellen möglichst gering zu halten

Wie kann ich das Training für meinen Kunden visualisieren?
Welche Rolle spielen feste Start und Pausenplätze für den Hund und wie baue ich diese ggf. auf? Gibt es ein Verhalten welches der Hund lernen kann um grundsätzlich ein Training zu beenden? Die Antwort ist JA 🙂
Wir haben die beiden in England auf der WOOF Konferenz kennengelernt und uns direkt dazu entschieden sie zu uns einzuladen. Viele von Euch kennen sie von den Clicker Expos und natürlich auch aus dem Agility Sport. Wir sind sehr froh darüber den Workshop aus 2020 nun im September live anbieten zu können.

ANIMALS IN CONTROL (Saturday)
As positive reinforcement trainers, we work hard at building relationships and creating partnerships with our animals. But there can be a huge difference between simply gaining an animal’s cooperation and giving the animal true choice!
Both Trainers from Carpe Momentum have explored these concepts in vastly different scenarios, and have held a wildly popular Animals In Control presentation together with Californian trainer Peggy Hogan at the past years’ Clicker Expos.
This lecture will teach you various strategies designed to help open the conversation with your learners. You’ll get lots of inspiration and ideas along side many practical tips on how you can use your trainer skills to develop a two way communication with your animal. Individuals of many different species can for example learn to specifically ask for what they want, answer yes/no to questions and choose between different options. We can also hone our training procedures, when for example working with counter conditioning, by letting the individual direct the process through ”start button behaviours” and ”stop button behaviours”. This presentation will inspire you to stretch the cross-species communication to new levels!
SEAMLESS TRAINING – FROM ONE REWARD TO THE NEXT (Sunday)
Positive reinforcement training is about setting up for success and making sure desired behaviors are followed by reinforcers, which strengthen the behavior in the future. That’s the bottom line of all training. So let’s zoom in on our positive reinforcement training sessions, and join Eva and Emelie in a deep dive into what really goes on from one reward to the next!
And look at all the small but significant details that make up the flow of training.
In this session you will learn how to work deliberately with small but significant details, paying attention to all the parts of the training loop and using them to create seamless training sessions. You will also learn how to use flow charts to help you prepare for all the possible outcomes in a session, make it easier for you to make decisions, and clarify what actions you should take—and when.
Flow-charting will hone your training skills, make the training process cleaner and smoother, and keep you on track with the tools you use in your training. Once you start using flow charts, you will wonder how you ever trained without them!
This seminar will help you develop your own training sessions. Your planning will get better, your training will become smoother, and both you and your learner will enjoy the process even more than before!
Both days combine lecture, personal examples, videos and Q&A/discussion time.
